Week 1 Challenges - Run & Ride for Pieta Week 1 has arrived and here are the challenges! Run and Ride for Pieta is Triathlon Ireland's nationwide duathlon campaign, supported by our official partner BMW and designed to kick-off the outdoor summer season.starter challengeWe're easing you in this week with a three kilometre run, a five kilometre bike and then a three kilometre run. They don't have to be done on the same day but the sessions must be completed in the correct order! You don't need any fancy gear to get going, a pair of runners, a helmet and any kind of bike. expert challengeFor the expert challenge this week - go out and do a sprint distance duathlon. Get your transition zone set up in the garden, get your gear on and off you go!
