How to Warm Up & Cool Down

Warming up before your session, and cooling down afterwards, is really important!
High Performance Coach Lynne Algar takes you through some exercises that can be used before and after your run sessions

KEY TIPS


👟Take 10 minutes before your session to warm up, and 10 minutes after to cool down
👟Ease into your warm up, getting more aerobic as you go
👟Put your jacket on before cooling down to make sure you don't get too cold!
