Announcing the Women in Sport HP Coach Development Programme

Women in Sport HP Coach Development Programme

The Women in Sport High Performance Coach Development Programme is an exciting initiative for eight female Triathlon Ireland coaches and aspiring coaches. This programme will give participants the opportunity to improve their knowledge, expand their network and develop leadership and coaching skills in a supported, collaborative environment alongside coaches from Cycling Ireland and Rowing Ireland.

What’s Involved?

The programme will run over several months during which time ongoing support will be provided, including online modules, face to face workshops and mentoring as well as shadowing opportunities with Triathlon Ireland high performance coaches.
