More than 38 representatives of the ETU's constituent triathlon organisations gathered for the day long event in Dublin's Aviva stadium.

The conference allowed the ETU committees brief the wider organisation on their operational activities during 2018, such as paratriathlon support; events and ranking criteria updates; finance; and the future plans for junior ETU racing.

Delegates also attended a series of round table discussions; as well as getting the opportunity to meet face to face to exchange experiences and ideas.
