Emerging Talent Program Talent Identification Day

Triathlon Ireland is holding a Talent Identification Day on Saturday, 9th November for junior athletes who are interested in joining and being a part of the Triathlon Ireland Emerging Talent Programme.

The Emerging Talent Programme (ETP) was set up in 2016 to provide a pathway for talented young athletes with a desire to race for Ireland at an elite level.

The programme provides junior athletes between the ages of 13 and 18 with training days, coaching advice and support if selected to compete abroad.

If you are interested in trying out for the ETP, please email hpsupport@triathlonireland.com with
- athlete name
- age 
- Triathlon Ireland licence number

Please note that all correspondence must be with the athlete's parent/guardian if the athlete is under 18.

Bike/Run: Corkagh Park, Naas Road, Newlands Cross, Dublin 22
When: Saturday, 9th November, 07:30 to 11:00
Age: 13 to 18 Years Old

Requirements

To attend the day, participants should be able to achieve the following swim and run times:
Swim 400m - 5:01 Males/Females 5:29
Run 1600m - 5:05 Male/Females 5:43 following a 5 min max turbo set.
