Draft legal racing

The Super Series race at Lough Cutra Castle is part of a two day triathlon festival taking place on site over the weekend. There will be racing across Super Sprint, Mixed Team Relay, Sprint and Standard distance triathlons. The Super Series race marks the start of the five race series and will see some of the country's best triathletes compete in an exciting, draft-legal format.

Lough Cutra Castle Bike

The 1500m lake swim is followed by a flat and fast 40 km bike course. The course consists of six, 6.1km loops outside the gates of the castle which means spectators will easily be able to see the action from a single view point as the triathletes race by on each loop.

The run course is across two 5km loops consisting of a mixture of road and trail leading to the finish line in front of the castle.
