Acorn Ireland, in association with T3 Triathlon Club, is delighted to announce that Chrissie Wellington is coming to Dublin to host the next lecture in the Acorn Ireland, Inspiring Stories, Inspiring People series.

Although Roth was also doubling up as the European Triathlon Union (ETU) Long Distance Championships, the objective for me was all about seeing how fast I could go and I hadn’t really put much thought to “racing”.

Yesterday's Carrick on Suir Triathlon went down a treat with great weather and a great turnout for the two events; sprint distance and try-a-tri.

Roughly 5,000 athletes and 25,000 spectators descended upon Roth to watch or compete in this year’s Official ETU Long Distance European Championships; Challenge Roth, the biggest and quite possibly the fastest full distance triathlon in the world.
